Keren Green is a brilliant teacher, she has deep care for stories and people which really shows in her own work and examples. Never in my life did I think I would ever be able to write a TV show from idea, to pilot, to pitch deck on my own. And somehow in the 12-weeks I was with her, I managed to do that. Through this course, she not only helped me learn important lessons that are applicable for my writing, but in acting and all my other practices in life too. Her professionalism, her experience in multiple-practices and in both NZ and the US industry, and her care makes for the best teacher to dig around in the trenches of writing with. As I’ve said before, she is brilliant and I would 100 percent come back and do this with her again. Maybe I’ll take a season off to digest and clean up and apply the one I made in the last class, it is a lot of work but it is all the well worth it.
